- Delivery cost

To calculate your delivery costs, simply enter your suburb on "Log in". 
Delivery cost for your order can also be found on the shopping cart page after log in. 

Delivery price does not include assembly, product unpacking or rubbish removal.

- Availability
We always try to ensure that the stock levels shown on our product pages (after you've entered your location) are accurate,
but they remain subject to change without notice.

Your order will be delivered from the nearest available warehouse.
If there are any delays or other problems at all with your order, our team will get in touch with you as soon as possible,
and pass on any information from the manufacturer as soon as it becomes available

Our delivery network covers most addresses within Sydney area,
but not every service is available in every Australia area to avoid product damages in interstate transit.

Basically products are dispatched from More Furniture store within 1~3 business days.
(Same day delivery also considerable depending on the courier schedule)
But local custom made products need 1~4 weeks to be delivered.

Delivery charges and estimated times will depend on where your product is being delivered.
It will be charged per delivery, no matter how many items you purchased.
Pay for only one shipping cost for multiple items.

Please leave message of delivery date&time on order. 
We shall use all reasonable endeavours to meet the estimated delivery date&time.
But please make sure that we are unable to schedule all of deliveries at all of your requested times of day.
This allows our drivers to plan delivery runs that most efficiently reach all our customers. 

● Late deliveries
Sometimes there are delays beyond our control.
Flat tyres, traffic jams or bad weather can hold us up.
We’ll inform you of any potential delay as soon as possible.

● To out of Sydney area 
Please enquire shipping cost of us.
Our delivery network covers most addresses within Sydney area, 
but not every service is available in every Australia area to avoid product damages in transit.

- Pick Up
- Basically products are picked up from More Furniture store in 1~3 business days. 
But local custom made products need 8~12 business days to be picked up as scheduled.

- Pick up address:
1. 866 Bourke St. Waterloo NSW 2017 (Kennards Self Storage)
2. 12-26 Regent St. Chippendale NSW 2008 (Showroom)
- Pick up time: 11am~7pm, 7 days a week
 (Please arrange the pick up date and time prior to collection.)

- Standard delivery service | 1 man curbside
Please note that our standard delivery service has 1 man on a van or truck.
Therefore the driver may require help to lift the item off at point of delivery to direct to your door, and you will need to assist the driver so as to receive it.
If no-one can assist, an additional fee will apply to cover a further resource.

We always recommend having someone on hand if you think you may have trouble moving your item alone.
If this isn't an option, we recommend using one of our alternative 2 man services for heavy/bulky items.

If you can't be home to receive your delivery, and there is a safe place where the items can be left out of sight and out of the weather, let our team know and we can arrange to give our couriers your authority to leave!

- You must ensure the correct delivery address and access details are provided to us.
We shall use all reasonable endeavours to meet the estimated delivery date. 

Products will only be delivered if a person aged over 18 years and able to accept the delivery at the delivery address. 
A card(call or txt message) will be left and you are responsible for organizing collection from the address identified on the card,
if delivery cannot be made because an appropriate person is not present.
